Accessing the Unsubscription Report In AgencyZoom, the Unsubscription Report is how you manage Customers and Leads who have been “Opted Out” of Text or Email communication.
A phone number or email address is automatically added to the Unsubscription Report when they respond STOP to a text with an unsubscription message, or click “Unsubscribe” on an email with an unsubscription message.
To access the Unsubscription Report, follow the steps below:
Click “Reports” on the left side toolbar
Click the “Others” section of Reports
Click “Unsubscriptions”
From there, you should see two tabs at the top of the report, one for Email and one for Text. Select whichever tab is applicable.
Manually Opt-Out/Opt-In
To manually Opt-In a customer or lead who has unsubscribed, you must delete them from either of these lists to resume receiving communication. You can do this by clicking the “Delete” button on the right side of the page next to their name and contact info. Once removed from the Report, they’ll be opted back in to that method of contact.
To manually opt out a customer or lead that no longer wants to receive communication, you’d click the Blue “Add Unsubscription” button in the top right of the report. Then enter the contact information for that customer or lead- and click confirm.
As a note, adding or removing a user from one report only opts them in or out of that one method of contact. For instance, if you wanted to opt a user out of Receiving Text and email communications, you’d need to add them separately to both the Email and Text Unsubscription tabs. If they’re only added to the email tab, they’ll still be able to receive texts, and vice versa.
