Multi-Select Team Members in Automation

Select multiple team members as recipients in automation workflows, enabling broader communication and reducing the need to duplicate automations.

Quickly access detailed policy coverage information in Nowcerts from a synced policy, reducing navigation time.


Filter Customer's Service Tab by Service Category

You can now filter the Service tab on a customer’s profile by service category—making it easier to locate and manage specific service requests without scrolling through unrelated items.

For example, quickly view only claim-related service requests when reviewing a customer’s account, helping you focus on what’s relevant and respond faster.


Default Smart-Cycle length:

Define the default number of days before a lead recycles back into the pipeline.


The following minor enhancements were also pushed to production:

  • FEIN and NAICS added to the Required Data system settings

  • FEIN will now sync with NowCerts
