Attach Files to Notes & Tasks

You can now attach files directly when creating Notes or Tasks, making it easier to keep important context in one place.

What’s New

  • Add one or multiple files to a Note or Task

  • View attached files directly within the activity

  • Files added to Notes will sync to your AMS (for supported integrations)

  • Files added to Tasks will be stored in the customer’s Documents section

This eliminates the need to upload files in one area and document in another. Everything stays connected—improving handoff clarity, reducing duplicate work, and helping teams complete service items with confidence.


Email Integration Re-authentication

If your connected email stops syncing, you no longer need to disconnect and reconnect. There is now a Re-authenticate Email option.

What’s Improved

  • Refresh your connection without losing access to existing scheduling pages

  • If you do choose to disconnect, you’ll now see a warning that existing scheduling pages will be removed

This prevents accidental disruptions to your workflows and ensures smoother communication with your customers.


Service Request Category Added to Service Pipeline Cards

You can now display the Service Request Category directly on cards within your Service Pipeline.

What You Can Expect

  • New field available in the Service Pipeline card designer

  • Easily view the type of service request at a glance

This is especially helpful for general service pipelines where multiple request types are managed simultaneously.
