Previously, when multiple producers were associated with a policy, credit was automatically split evenly with no option to customize. This often led to inaccurate misaligned reporting.
With Custom Producer Splits, you can now define exactly how credit should be distributed among producers—whether it’s 70/30, 50/50, or any other ratio. This ensures your dashboards, reports, and compensation calculations accurately reflect real-world agreements.

Introducing a dedicated space to capture key details directly on lead opportunities. Now you can record important context, so your team never loses critical information. This makes it easier to convert deals with confidence and maintain alignment throughout the sales process.

Retain quote data on partially sold leads
Previously, when a lead was split for a partial sale, any open quotes on that lead would lose their associated data—such as quote documents, property addresses, and other details. With this update, open quotes now retain all associated data even after the lead is partially sold, ensuring your records remain complete and accurate throughout the workflow.
