Exclude carriers in service automation and block unmapped locations from syncing to AMS360

Updated today

4/2/26 Release

  • Exclude carriers from service request automation

  • Block AMS360 sync for unmapped locations

Exclude Carriers from Service Request Automation

You can now exclude specific carriers when setting up service request automations.

This makes it easier to handle exceptions without overcomplicating your workflows. If most carriers follow the same process but a few require something different, you can quickly exclude those outliers. This helps save time and keeps your automation clean and flexible.

How to use it:

  • Go to Automation > Service and create or edit a touchpoint

  • When configuring a trigger, locate the new Exclude Carriers option

  • Select the carriers you want to exclude from that automation

  • Save your changes and apply the workflow as needed

Block AMS360 Sync for Unmapped Locations

We’ve improved how AgencyZoom handles syncing when locations are not mapped to AMS360.

Now, records tied to unmapped locations won’t sync automatically. This helps prevent them from being assigned to the wrong business unit. It also gives you more control over your data and ensures cleaner, more accurate syncing with AMS360.

How to use it:

  • Go to Settings → Integrations → AMS360

  • Review your location mappings to ensure all active locations are properly mapped

  • When creating or editing a lead, you can still assign any location

  • If a location is unmapped, the record will remain in AgencyZoom until mapping is completed
