Select a Recent AMS Policy When Moving a Lead to Sold
For agencies using supported management system integrations, AgencyZoom can now identify recently issued policies in AMS when a lead is moved to Sold. Instead of manually re-entering policy details or creating a temporary policy before the carrier-issued policy is available, users can select the matching policy that has already synced from their management system.
The policy information is automatically populated in AgencyZoom, the lead is closed as sold, and the written policy is added so new business metrics are updated appropriately. This provides a more reliable way to avoid duplicate policies and duplicate data entry.

Add Broker Information When Creating AMS360 Policies
Agencies integrated with AMS360 can now select a Broker when entering policy information as part of the Sold workflow.
The selected broker is included on the policy created in AMS360, helping agencies retain this information for downstream reporting and commission-related needs.
