Farmers funding payment sharing

Farmers agencies can choose to share limited AgencyZoom subscription information with Farmers.

This option allows AgencyZoom to send limited subscription and payment information associated with your AgencyZoom account to Farmers for use in connection with Farmers Funding.

Participation is optional. If you do not turn this on, AgencyZoom will not share your AgencyZoom subscription information with Farmers.

How It Works

Agency Owners can enroll during signup or from My Account > My Payment Plan.

To enroll:

  1. Select the option to share AgencyZoom subscription information with Farmers.

  2. Enter your Farmers email address.

  3. AgencyZoom will verify that the email address is associated with an active user in the agency and meets the required Farmers validation criteria.

  4. Once verified, confirm the opt-in.

After this option is turned on, AgencyZoom will share qualifying AgencyZoom subscription payment information with Farmers when subscription charges occur. This may include qualifying historical subscription transactions dating back to April 1, 2026.

Agency Owners can turn this option off at any time.

What information is shared

AgencyZoom shares only the information needed to report qualifying AgencyZoom subscription transactions to Farmers, such as:

  • email address associated with your AgencyZoom account

  • payment date

  • payment amounts

  • plan type

  • refund activity, if applicable

Important Note

AgencyZoom’s role is limited to sharing the subscription information you authorize us to send. Farmers is responsible for determining whether an agency qualifies for Farmers Funding, the amount of any funding, and any related funding decisions. Questions about Farmers Funding should be directed to Farmers.
