Agency Lead Permission Level
The Agency Lead permission level provides a way to give trusted team members greater visibility into agency performance without granting full administrative access.
Agency Leads can view all leads, customers, and agency-wide reporting metrics, making it easier to monitor activity, coach team members, and support daily operations. They can also import new leads to help manage incoming business.
Unlike Managers, Agency Leads cannot access administrative settings or configuration areas. They are unable to manage users, modify agency settings, configure integrations, or make changes to system setup.
To manage user permissions, go to My Agency (gear icon in the bottom-left of the left menu) > All About My Agency > select the team member.
