If you have multiple exec and rep set up for users in AMS360 for commission purposes, then this enhancement is for you! You mapping likely looks like a scenario below:
Two new fields were added: 'AMS360 Executive' and 'AMS360 Representative'. If there are multiple AMS360 execs/reps mapped into a single AgencyZoom user, you can now manually select which rep is uploaded to AMS360 so that the commission can run according to that user.
Tag dropdown sort
Previously, tag drop-downs were only sorted by priority. Now you have additional options to sort them alphabetically or by date created to make them easier to find!
Remember last import mapping
When importing lead/customer lists, the system will now remember the last import mapping, which can be helpful when frequently adding the same lead and customer lists! Please note you will need to have same exact column headers for this to work successfully.
Automatically complete open tasks when moving leads to sold
Do you really need open lead tasks when the lead has been sold? You now have the option to automatically complete any open tasks. If your account is integrated with your management system, it will automatically complete the task/suspense there as well.
New system setting:
Under System Settings > Task Manager, there is a new setting to 'automatically close open tasks when moving a lead to sold'.
An accompanying note will be added to the Activities history showing that the task was automatically completed by the system.
List view per page update
You now have the option to display lists as 10 rows per page for easier navigation and to reduce the table length and allow you to scroll horizontally without scrolling to the bottom of the page. The rows/page selection will be saved for every list view across AgencyZoom.

This new system setting can ensure that no text goes unanswered! If a team member is out, another team member will now have access to their thread to fill in. Even if they are not out of office, they can still collaborate!
Service badge
Immediately know if the customer has open service requests when opening the customer 360 view! The green dot on the Services tab within a customer profile will now indicate that the customer has open service requests.
