If your agency no longer wants employees to use the Mobile Clock In feature, you can easily disable it within the Agency HR settings.
Steps to Disable Mobile Clock In
In AgencyZoom, click the Agency HR tab located on the left-hand navigation menu.
On the right side of the screen, click the three blue lines (menu icon).
Select Settings from the menu.
Under Manage Settings, locate the Disable Mobile Clock In option.
Check the Disable Mobile Clock In box to turn off the mobile clock-in feature.
Once this setting is enabled, employees will no longer be able to clock in using the mobile clock-in feature.
