Why Would You Use Zapier With AgencyZoom?
Zapier provides easy automation for busy people. It moves info between your favorite apps automatically, so you can focus on your most important work. Zapier was truly made for do-it-yourself automation. It works around the concepts of Triggers and Actions, meaning if something happens over here (the Trigger) then something should happen over there (the Action).
Working together with AgencyZoom, Zapier can help you automatically input leads into AgencyZoom, send handwritten Thank You cards, and more. Conversely, it also allows you to send information elsewhere when something happens in AgencyZoom.

Connecting AgencyZoom to Zapier
To begin, go to your www.zapier.com and sign up for an account. Although they have paid options, 99% of agencies only need the Free option. If you run out of free Zaps, that's your clue that you've gone automation overboard π
Next, go the the Integrations page within AgencyZoom, Click on Zapier, then click on the button "Show API Key". You will enter this information in Zapier to connect your AgencyZoom account.
On the Zapier website, go to "My Apps", search for AgencyZoom and click "Connect"
After you select "connect", a pop-up window will appear asking for the data in AgencyZoom (API key and API secret). Copy the fields from AgencyZoom into Zapier and click "Yes, Continue". You should now be connected!
βCreate Your First Zap
Now that you're in the cool kids crowd, you can start adding Zaps π
Add Zaps that include AgencyZoom by clicking the + Create Zap button in the upper left corner.
From here, you'll be able to select AgencyZoom as an application in your Zap!
