Introduction to the Click-to-Call feature and how to set it up

Note: For the best experience, we recommend using Chrome as your default browser when using the click to call functionality in AgencyZoom.

For salespeople, an efficient calling workflow is essential for saving time and reaching targets. With AgencyZoom's click-to-call feature, you will be able to:

1. Make calls with one click without leaving AgencyZoom.

2. Automatically log all of the calls as activities for effortless reporting.

3. Automatically document calls made in the clients profile with appropriate notes.

The click-to-call feature is enabled when a Pro level account is connected to a third party VOIP provider. Twilio, RingCentral, ZipWhip, Bridge, NerdPhone, and Vonix all utilize our built-in click-to-call functionality. Lightspeed has its own click-to-call functionality setup by Lightspeed's team.

If click-to-call is enabled, you will see this icon to call from within AgencyZoom.
