Text & VoIP Integration Overview
AgencyZoom supports multiple phone system integrations, allowing you to make calls, send texts, and connect with clients directly from the platform.

These integrations allow you to centralize communication inside AgencyZoom instead of switching between multiple systems.
Functionality Based on Plan Type
Texting
Available on Growth and Pro plans. Enables sending and receiving SMS messages within AgencyZoom.
Click-to-Call
Available on Pro plans only. Allows users to place calls directly from the platform.
Texting Compliance Registration
To use texting, all VoIP providers require compliance registration, commonly referred to as A2P or TCR.
This process verifies:
Your business legitimacy
Your intended messaging use
Approval can take several weeks. It is recommended to begin this process early to avoid delays.
Each provider has its own documentation to guide you through registration.

Multiple Provider Support
AgencyZoom allows multiple VoIP providers to be connected at the same time.
You can configure:
A default provider for calling
A default provider for texting
This is useful if you use different systems for different communication needs.
Integration Setup
Follow these steps to connect a provider:

Go to “My Agency” from the left navigation panel (Admin access required)
Step 2
Click “Integrations”
Step 3
Scroll to the Text/VoIP section and select your provider
Step 4
Click “Connect”
Provider-Specific Setup
Twilio
Enter your Account SID and Auth Token from your Twilio account, then save your settings.
RingCentral
Follow prompts to log in and verify your account, then configure your settings.
Bridge
Enter your login credentials and save your configuration.
Lightspeed Voice
Setup is handled by their onboarding and support team.
NerdPhone
Enter your Account SID and Auth Token, then map users to devices and phone numbers before using the system.
Vonix
Enter your credentials, then configure user mappings and communication settings.
Webex
Follow the connection prompts to link your account and enable meeting functionality within AgencyZoom.
Notes
Texting integration is only available on Growth and Pro plans.
Click-to-call functionality is only available on Pro plans.
