Similar to connecting email, we also offer texting integrations with 3 carriers: Twilio RingCentral and Zipwhip. When integrated, you can send one-off and automated texts to leads and customers.

How to Connect Twilio (Admin Directions):

Step 1) Click “My Agency” on the bottom left navigation panel

Step 2) Click “Integrations”

Step 3) Scroll down to the Text/voIP section and click “Twilio”

Step 4) Click “Connect”

Step 5) Enter your Twilio Account SID and Auth Token (this information is found on your Twilio account)

Step 6) Click “Save”

Step 7) Click through your texting and click to call settings. If changes were made, make sure to select Save

RingCentral (Admin Directions):

Step 1) Click “My Agency” on the bottom left navigation panel

Step 2) Click “Integrations”

Step 3) Scroll down to the Text/voIP section and select “RingCentral”

Step 4) Click “Connect”

Step 5) Follow prompts to enter credentials and verify contact info

Step 6) Click through your texting and click to call settings. If changes were made, make sure to select Save
