Similar to connecting email, we also offer text and VoIP integrations with 6 carriers: Twilio, RingCentral, Bridge, Lightspeed, Zipwhip, and NerdPhone. When integrated, you can send manual (one-off) and automated texts to leads, customers and contacts
Note: multiple VoIP platforms can be connected to one AgencyZoom account. Within the integration settings, the default platform for texting and the default platform for calling are selected.
The first few steps are the same for each provider:
Step 1) Click “My Agency” on the bottom left navigation panel (admin users)
Step 2) Click “Integrations”
Step 3) Scroll down to the Text/VoIP section and select your provider.
Step 4) Click “Connect”
Twilio
Step 5) Enter your Twilio Account SID and Auth Token (this information is found on your Twilio account)
Step 6) Click “Save”
Step 7) Click through your texting and click to call settings. If changes were made, make sure to select Save

Step 5) Follow prompts to enter credentials and verify contact info
Step 6) Click through your texting and click to call settings. If changes were made, make sure to select Save
