Let’s walk through how to set up a new appointment with the AgencyZoom Calendar Integration Feature. There are a couple of ways depending on your calendar settings. Remember, your email must be integrated in AgencyZoom to utilize the calendar feature.
Create an appointment within AgencyZoom
Open the customer or lead profile
Locate the Appointment icon
Complete appointment details & Save
Notice the “Sync To Email Calendar” setting toggle.
Once booked, you will see the appointment on your AgencyZoom calendar and your email calendar.
The appointment will also show in the lead or customer activity.
Create an appointment using your email calendar
With the 2-way sync, you can start in your email calendar to book an appointment which will sync to the customer or lead profile in AgencyZoom.
Your calendar is accessible from every page within AgencyZoom via the calendar icon in the upper right corner.
There is also a “team” toggle. This allows you to view team members scheduled appointments.

Don’t see the calendar feature? Disconnect and reconnect your email.
