Select from Uploaded Files when Attaching to an Email or Text

You can now select from files that you've uploaded to a lead, customer, service request, or contact when attaching! Haven't uploaded a file yet? You will still be able to select from the Document Library or browse your computer files.


Choose your Avatar Color

Matching with someone else? Choose your color for the pipeline view. To do this, hover over your name in the bottom-left corner > my profile > avatar color. Admins will also be able to make these changes from the All About My Agency section.


Enable NerdPhone Multimedia Messaging Service (MMS)

Multimedia Messaging Service (MMS) has been enabled through NerdPhone to permit the exchange of images. When sending a text, you will see the Attach button with a dropdown to either "browse from documents" (pulls existing documents that have already been uploaded) or "browse from computer".


Vonix Integration

Send text messages and initiate outbound calls from AgencyZoom with the Vonix integration. Track message and call details in the activities of the prospect or client file.


Sales Pipeline Business Type Focus

You can now specify a sales pipeline as Personal or Commercial. When adding a lead, the business type will auto-set to the corresponding focus of the pipeline. When creating a new sales pipeline, you will be prompted to select the Business Type Focus. If no focus is selected, it will follow the default setting. To view or edit your default setting, go to My Agency > System Settings > Others > Business Type Focus.
