Allstate Compensation Updates 2026

Now supporting expanded baseline policy types

This update aligns AgencyZoom with recent changes to Allstate’s compensation structure. By expanding eligible baseline policy types, agencies can more accurately track and calculate performance against Allstate commission tiers.

What's New:

We’ve expanded the list of policy types that can be included as baseline policies for Allstate compensation. In addition to the existing policy lines, you can now include options such as renters, landlord, specialty auto, personal umbrella, boat, and more.

These selections can be managed in System Settings → Metrics, and will be reflected anywhere baseline policies are used across the platform.

You May Notice:

If your agency uses baseline policy premium or baseline policy item count to determine compensation:

  • More policies may now qualify toward your totals

  • Commission tier progress or percentages may look different than expected

  • Reports (like New Business reports) may include additional policy types when filtering by baseline policies

What To Do:

  • Review your selected baseline policy types in System Settings → Metrics to ensure they reflect your agency’s setup

  • If compensation numbers look different, check:

    • Which policy types are included as baseline

    • How your commission tiers are configured (baseline premium vs. policy count)

  • Use reporting filters to validate which policies are being counted toward baseline totals
