Why Isn't My Sale Showing on the Dashboard?

Missing sales on dashboard FAQ

Overview

If a sale isn't appearing on your dashboard, there are a few common reasons to check.

Check the Lead Source

If the policy was added as a Rewrite or the lead source is excluded, you'll need to change the lead source or uncheck the exclusion box.

From the left sidebar, click My Agency.

Select Lead Sources.

Click the pencil icon next to the applicable lead source.

Locate the Exclude as Sales option.

If you want rewrites from that lead source to count as sales, uncheck Exclude as Sales.

Save your changes.

Note: Any lead source with Exclude as Sales enabled will not count policies from that lead source as sales on the dashboard.

Verify the Sold Date

Make sure the policy has the correct Sold Date. An incorrect or missing sold date can prevent the sale from appearing in dashboard metrics for the expected reporting period.

Check Your AMS Integration

If your agency is integrated with an AMS, verify where the policy was originally written. If you don't see the edit policy option, it means the policy was synced from an AMS

Note: Policies written in your AMS and synced to AgencyZoom are not counted as new sales in AgencyZoom reporting or on the dashboard. Only policies written and sold in AgencyZoom are reflected as new sales.
