Activities Overview
In AgencyZoom, activities are created automatically for things like sending emails or creating notes on the lead and customer level. However, if you want to track each employee’s performance in more detail, one method of doing so is with Manually Logged Activities.
Logging activity data allows your team to track specific activities your agents have completed and review trending reports for transparency on the Agency's performance.
To Access the activities section, click the Activities icon on the left toolbar. As a note, for Admin users, you’ll click the three dots on the left toolbar to access the Activities section.
How to Log an Activity in AgencyZoom
Once you’re on the Activities page, you’ll see a Calendar of the week, with plus and minus icons for each day, and each activity category for your Agency.
Each agent will have their own calendar like this when logged into their account. To log an activity, they’d just go to this page and click the green plus icon to log any activities they’ve done for that day. The red minus icon can be used to remove an activity log. Once they’ve completed the changes, they’ll click Save.
To view previous weeks' logs, they can use the arrows above the calendar. The “Off Day” button can be used to mark a day as not being counted if the employee was out of the office.
The Pulse and Winner’s Circle
If you scroll down past the Activity Logger, you’ll see a section called “The Pulse”. This section will show some basic metrics for the current week, in terms of how agents are doing in various activity types.
Below that is the “Winner’s Circle”. This section will display the user who performed the most of each Activity Type for the previous Month.

Agency Holidays, Mass Update, and Missing Activity Dates
Here’s a quick rundown of the other sections in Activities.
Agency Holidays: A list of Holidays that will be excluded from your Activity Calendar. You can edit, add, or remove holidays from this list.
Mass Update: A page where you can easily alter the manual activity data for users.
Missing Activity Dates: Will display a list of dates for each user who has no listed manual activities.
Activity Reports
There are three different reports for Manual Activities. All three can be found in Reports under the Activities tab.
Here's a brief explanation of each report.
Manually Logged Activity - Daily: Review activity data by Producer from a daily view
Manually Logged Activity - Weekly: Review activity by Producer from a weekly view
Manually Logged Activity - Monthly: Review activity total for a specific month, with ranking and averages
Manually Logged Activity - Trending: Review trending reports based on historical data for the entire agency
As a note, the Activities By Producer and the Activities By Month reports are based on automatic activities, not Manually Logged Activities
