Adding sales goals to AgencyZoom will help keep your agency and producers on track.
Owners and team members will see their daily goals, and as new business is written, the dashboard numbers will update in real-time.
How to Add Sales Goals:
Step 1) Click on the "My Agency" icon on the left navigation panel
Step 2) From the list of options, click "Sales Goal"

Step 3) Start by choosing your primary and secondary goal metric. For example: Home and Policy

Step 4) Choose the goal amount for each metric for each producer. As you edit these fields, you will see your agency's total populate at the bottom

Step 5) Click "Save"

And then you are done!
