Major Feature Releases

New Integrations

Integration Enhancements

  • Access QQCatalyst, AMS360, and NowCerts customer profiles directly from the AgencyZoom customer file

  • AMS360 Integration enhancements:

    • Sync service requests to AMS360 with their related policy number

    • Access AMS360 policy declarations page from the AgencyZoom policy card

    • AMS360 database operation changes to increase performance and new field mapping for commercial business

    • Department and group added as filters for reporting

  • QQCatalyst Integration enhancements:

    • Ability to push contact agent, CSR to QQCatalyst

    • Performance enhancements related to retrieving new and modified policies from QQCatalyst

  • Repeating calendar events through the Calendar integration are indicated as recurring

Lead Enhancements

  • Ability to assign a lead, customer, or policy to multiple producers (executives) and/or multiple CSRs

  • Select a business type focus (personal vs. commercial) - the default interface when adding a new lead or customer

  • Lead import improvements around summary pages and lead import performance

  • Headers added to pipeline stages to display the total quoted premium ($) and leads in that stage

  • DOB filter to refine lead and customer searches

  • Zip code filters that apply to leads, contacts, and customers for a higher resolution of specific cohorts

  • "Next expiration date" and "expected close date" fields added in Lead Manager

  • Automatically tag web leads during their creation

  • Allow the lead to be split if multiple opportunities are on one lead and one of the opportunities is sold

  • Define the status of a quote and filter within the lead manager by quote status

Policy Enhancements

  • Add Notes and Tags to a specific policy

  • Additional policy-related activities:

    • The ability to send email and texts, assign tasks, and attach documents pertaining to a specific policy

    • View policy-related activities with the activity filter or from the policy card

  • New policy type setup including user-defined categories and the ability to drag and drop policy types

  • Carrier and writing company setup - add writing companies and policy types to a carrier

  • Cancel a written policy from the customer view

Data & Reporting Enhancements

  • Data Model enhancements including changes to carrier, policy type, middle name, prior policy expiration date, and commissionable premium

  • Report by quote status by producer, quote status by carrier, or quote status by policy type

  • New customer demo data that preloads new customer accounts with demo leads and customers

  • Reporting splits and notifications for all assigned parties and joint tasks when assigning multiple producers (executives) or CSRs to a lead, customer, or policy

  • Sales report enhancements:

    • Added policy type as a reporting filter

    • Added business type as filter option (e.g. Personal vs. Commercial)

Automation Enhancements

  • Disaster/Singular Event automation and zip code-specific automations added to respond to regional changes, disasters, etc. by email or text

  • Ability to attach files to text automations

  • Lead loss reason and resolution type added to shot clock

  • Tag functionality for shot clock added to tag a lead and tag a service request when the shot clock expires

Service-Related Enhancements

  • Pre-built default service pipelines: onboarding, renewals, service, claims, and surplus renewals

  • Carrier and policy type triggers for service automation

  • Option to cancel open tasks on a service request automatically when it is moved to completed

Custom Field Enhancements

  • Customer custom fields for templates and automation

  • Add and manage custom fields from ‘my agency’

  • Add a custom field to a lead, customer, or both

  • Define a custom field as personal, commercial, or both

  • Field mapping between leads and customers

  • Define custom fields as required in system settings ‘required data’

  • Clone tool for custom fields

Workflow Enhancements

  • Dashboard updates:

    • Main dashboard is toggable between Sales and Service dashboards

    • Consolidate winbacks, compensation, and activities into a 'more options' submenu for admins

    • Commercial, Personal, and Life & Health business type filters for the Dashboard and reporting

    • Search by DBA

  • Task List updates:

    • Toolbar refinement

    • The ability to sort a task list by creation, due, or completion dates

    • Additional task list columns including phone, email, street, city, and state

    • Display task title as the header in today's tasks and automation sequences to display the most relevant information

    • Ability to assign multiple staff to a single task

  • Tag manager improvements including adding tags to policies and the ability to reorder and prioritize important tags to dictate the order they appear in the pipeline view or customer view

  • Update to billing with access until the end of monthly billing cycle when canceled

Communication Enhancements

  • VOIP default choices and multi-vendor support, allowing users to choose individual VOIPS for calling and texting

  • CC & BCC available for email

  • Ability to attach documents via text automation

  • Mobile App update featuring added support for lead custom fields, uploading pictures, added task editing, and updated look and feel
